This place has went so down hill over the last year or so. Used to try to stop in for hot n ready lunch, well at this location they NEVER have anything ready always have to wait then they seem like your bothering them cause you didn't order online. They do have some fake boxes in the warmer but they are fake , not real food. Guy glares at you while trying to understand when you ask for a lunch special then looks at receipt to see if you tipped and glares some more. Sorry I'm not tipping for rude service and something that is NEVER available even tho all over menu says hot n ready

Placed an online order before 2PM to be ready for pickup by 545 PM. By 6 PM they still hadn't even started the order, we finally walked away at 625 PM and went home to discover it was was not the correct order. Attempted to call multiple times, only to either be hung up on without being spoken to or left with the phone on, sitting off to the side, with no one answering.
So to summarize, we placed an order for pickup way ahead of schedule, walked in on time, were told our pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, pizza didn't even go until then and we didn't see pizzas for nearly another 30 minutes, and they didn't even give us the right food.
What a waste of time and money. Will not be ordering from this location again, period.

Had to wait over an hour for 3 pizza and didn’t call right,
Ordered online but had to bug the workers several times to see how long is it going to take and turns out it was in the oven for people to pick up for a while without updating online

Before the new owners took over if I wanted a pizza half an hour before closing time, they would ignore the phone and lock the door since these guys have took over. Service has been excellent. The pizzas have been really good not a complaint in the world.
