“Stopped by here with a friend as we came through town to stay at Westport. Clearly it's a new business that's taken over from blue beacon. I noticed their Quessibirria on the menu and decided to give it a go (ive had it many times at food carts). They were absolutely amazing, the food quality and freshness was astounding, the onions themselves tasted incredibly fresh. I was blown away by this meal. I'll have to try the chimi or pollo a la crema next time. 👍“
