We love Mazatlan here in Aberdeen. Family owned and family friendly, they have the best service and best food in town. We had an exceptional waitress who made a mistake on one of our orders. She owned it, fixed it, all with a positive attitude and a great smile. What a pro!

Service was great and super friendly. The food however was edible at best. The salsa itself tasted heavy of tomato paste, super watery, and lacking seasonings such as cilantro and onions. The quesadilla was microwaved, it lacked any flat top crispiness and char. Chile relleno was huge portion which was great but bland. The food here makes Taco Bell food look and taste better.Kid-friendliness: Front of house was super friendly to my 3 yr old.

I ordered a chicken taco salad, and it was missing tomato, refried beans, and chicken was bland. My brother ordered ground beef in his taco salad, and he got shredded beef, no tomato, or refried beans, and lots of lettuce. The waitress was very friendly and nice but we won't be returning to this location in the future. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.
