HOLY what a horrible experience. We are coming back from surfing and it’s 10:00 pm. we got McDonald’s and we ordered. Then we wait… AND WAIT. When we get to the pay window and guess what no one was there so that’s another 8 minutes. When the car ahead of us goes we just go to the food window and it took so long to get are food just for it to be all wrong 😑 and after that we were trapped in the parking lot because the train was blocking the ONLY EXIT and was going 2mph I could walk faster than that train. Horrible experience

it took a half hour to get my food - lobby was full of people - they pay more attention to the drive-thru - floor was dirty and tables - no napkins and the manager on site was Jennifer - all she did was apologize

Shouldn't take over 40 minutes to receive food! Happened for the last time for me today, after it happening waaay to many times.I watched my empty bag sitting there with my ticket on it waiting to be filled for 10 minutes. You will leave frustrated and maybe hungry because you might want your money back.

The food was delicious fries had the perfect amount of salt which made me really happy and the service was great, friendly and really fast perfect accuracy on the order.
It was hot and I had been stuck in traffic from Bellevue to Mill Creek. And their ice cream machine wasn't broken. Btw, it was 85 degrees that day and I was driving a 1975 stingray with no AC. That shake was really good.
