Stopped by for lunch at the Aberdeen McDonalds on Black Friday. We were totally ignored at the counter. The associate working the floor suggested we use the Kiosk. She said it might be faster. I said absolutely not. She said they are not going to pay attention to you unless you come here. I told her that was ridiculous . The gentleman ahead of us ended up walking out. After insisting on being helped at the counter someone finally showed up. Customer service in nonexistant now...

I had the worst service ever tonight and it took forever. My drinks were incorrect and there were very little staff. Ever since the new owners have taken over the service has gone downhill and the wait times are terrible.

Twice now I’ve ordered curbside and after sitting for 20 mins I go in to find my food sitting on the counter cold of course. And the employee oh ya sorry I forgot to bring it out;( unbelievable shit show at the Aberdeen McDonald’s!!

I never write reviews but my brother and I have had it with the Aberdeen McDonald's, we each got a Double Quarter Pounder meal and both items were unsatisfactory. My burger was really pink throughout both patties and my brother only got one patty on his double. I prefer the Hoquiam McDonald's to this place and their poor quality. Extremely dissatisfied.

So I ordered curbside pickup and after 18 minutes I had to go in and get the food myself and it was just sitting there on the counter not in the food warmer or nothing and the fries were semi cold at that point awesome..
18 minutes for a large sweet tea and a french fry is ridiculous.. when I finally went inside she said that we're really short-handed which is a lame excuse..
Switched from Starbucks to McDonald's for a French Vanilla Cold Coffee at half the price, but double the flavor! 🥤🧋☕

This place is so mis-managed. It's awful and you can tell as soon as you set foot in the door. Dirty dining area, employees hanging out at the front counter talking and employees wandering around not knowing what to do. Want a refill on your drink? Yeah, good luck with that
