This has to be the SLOWEST McDonald's on the planet. I don't eat fast food often, but I thought I would go through the drive thru on my lunch break, there were a few people in front of me but by no means packed or super busy. I placed my order at 12:07, and received my food at 12:37, and my order was incorrect, i asked and paid for a meal with large fries and a large drink but received medium size. Old owners used to take drive thru times seriously, but speed and order accuracy seem to be no priority to new management. After 25 minutes of waiting in the drive thru, I was still asked to park around front and wait longer for my incorrect order.

This McDonald's used to be pretty good up until the last few months. Now when I go to the drive thru it's takes much longer and I decided to go inside and saw customers standing for over 30 minutes waiting. The manager took a break right in the middle of the mess. This place is less than 1 star right now.

I rarely go into our McDonalds, I'm more a pick up food and go guy. McDonald's is McDonald's, but the wait time to order and get you food has seemingly gotten longer and longer. Sometimes 20 minutes or more!

Sat at the menu board so long I felll asleep waiting for them to take my order then they did my special order wrong and my fries were cold and disgusting
Food was good (normal), but workers were standoffish and didn't seem to want to deal with customers and it was just dark and blah inside

It's a McDonald's and it is consistent and the staff that works there are incredibly friendly.

Went through drive thru to get a Big Mac meal and they handed me my drink and parked me. Waited over 30 minutes so I went inside to ask where my food was or how much longer it’ll be. They looked confused and ignored me for 10 minutes and when I asked again they refused to give me my food. So I paid for a meal and only got the drink and refused to get the actual FOOD portion of my meal! Hope they enjoy taking peoples money and not giving them what they paid for… worst McDonald’s ever

We had 3 very simple orders straight from the menu without any complicated requests. When our order was completed, we were missing 1/3 of the order! One breakfast meal was just the drink but nothing else, and another was missing the coffee. We told the cashier the error, but he didn’t understand, so the manager came over to the table to confirm that what was on the tray was also on our receipt. The error was swiftly corrected but should’ve been that difficult to begin with. If you go here, check your receipt thoroughly before you eat or leave the drive thru area.
