Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. During my visit, their payment system went down. Instead of asking for an alternative payment method, staff ran my card multiple times without confirming whether the charges went through. I waited to follow up until the charges were no longer pending, assuming the duplicates wouldn’t process, but all of them did, and I was never refunded.
The owner initially said she would follow up the next day, but never did. Since the business has no phone number, I returned in person over a week later to request either a refund or to receive the drinks I was charged for. Staff treated the request as if we were asking for something for free, when in reality, we had already paid, twice.
Over a month has passed, and I’ve still received no refund and no resolution. Very disappointing customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.

Honestly this review is based off my experience with one particular barista, blonde blue eyes. The others have been genuinely amazing I wish I could rate them personally but today this particular barista crossed an unprofessional line. First off the last 3 times I had her make coffee she burned my espresso, while making my partners perfectly fine and tastey. Second she thinks it’s appropriate to flirt with your man right in front of you, while the entire time barely addressing you… not appropriate at all and not professional. This is a normal coffee stand not a barista stand it’s not ok to flirt with clients let alone stop burning the wife’s coffee!

Just driving through and wanted coffee. We're fairly picky and always hesitant to try new places, but these were just as we expected them to be. For reference, we ordered 2 (hot) white chocolate mochas - one with pumpkin pie sauce.

Kind of irked..I ordered a black iced americano this morning and received a drink that was as white as milk. I didn’t notice until I was parked at the market that I’m working today, and stuck at for 6 hours. I am vegan. Couldn’t drink it if I wanted. I might as well have thrown my money away. :(

Best coffee on the harbor! The staff is always friendly (the owner and manager particularly) and always greet you with a smile! The drinks are consistently delicious and reasonably priced. Always my go to coffee stand!
