I love the food. But the best part of .y experiences there are the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I watched 2 ladies deal worth a very difficult customer and they did it with Grace and patience. The whole staff there are amazing! Thank you and keep up on being the best

Wow!! This is the biggest Pizza Hut restaurant I have ever been!! I was really impressed with the atmosphere. I usually don't eat pizza at those pizza cabin restaurants but as we were a little tired and hungry we decided to eat there. My first impression was that it was not a pizza place. It was a humongous place plus an arcade area which is a plus for us. We ordered our food and it came fast. The staff was also super nice. The only complaint that I have is that the bathroom was super old and not awfully clean but it was not too dirty. I will definitely go back to eat there when I am in near the area.

So 9 months ago the pizza was good. Now no way! It was cold! Hard as card board and they didn't honor any of the deals on the App! Even in house was cheaper than pick up which for a large pepperoni and some salty wings cost $40! Don't go there! They're more concerned answering the phone than anything!!! Yuck!

Honestly some of the best pizza and hospitality ever to a pizza place. They serve you and give you drinks when you need them. Now that's some hospitality

I was very pleased with the pizzahut staff on 9-3-22. We celebrated my daughter's birthday party there and the staff was amazing. It's nice going to an establishment and being treated respectfully and the service was amazing we didn't have to ask once for anything they were always checking like clock work! We will be back. Thankyou pizzahut staff.

Ordered for the 2nd time today and they got that order incorrect. They forgot to bring my 2 liter. Then they called me back clearly annoyed that they have to return with a 2 liter. Tried saying I never ordered it. They were obviously upset when I said "yes, I do want the 2 liter I ordered." Won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Terrible customer service!
Poor customer service. We are from back east and we are ppl of color. Not Caucasian. Every time this gentleman spoke he yelled at our group of 11 ppl. 8 adults 3 children. He couldn't just speak normally. He yelled at us twice. Instead of just speaking. He wouldn't let us dine in. It closed at midnight. But its only 11 pm. There was no sign stating carry out only. He was very rude, his racism was extreme. I hated my 3 little ones had to experience that. It is such a beautiful town but with this restaurant, it is a rude reality that RACISM does exist. He portrayed himself as a manager as well. He was stocky with a beard in his late 40s. I will never walk into this restaurant again. Let alone spend my money there. I will call the restaurant in the morning. To speak to someone higher up.

The worker had dirty hands and dirty clothes. Waited for a long time to get refills and for the food. If I could rate it it would be a zero not a one. Never going there again.

Manager of the restaurant yelled at a 11 year child all over a outside bag the child bought into the restaurant while his mother went to order their food.. told them including the mother & the rest of the parties at the table to leave and they were paying customers at your restaurant... ( the family is Mexicans) and to me that shows disrespect to their culture... which is wrong.. and not right so its my honor and pleasure to say... I wont be returning to Pizza Hut ever again with my family... and sure there will be others like me... cause we are all big family here in Grays Harbor County.. not one child will go through abuse ever.... shame on you Pizza Hut!
