I went on a Saturday night as a date with my partner, the prices were beyond fair, honestly I'm surprised they can even make money off of it. We were there for almost 3 hours and spent less than $50. Parking was easy to find, and close to the entrance. The staff helped me when i was trying to figure out how to start a new game and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, i didnt have to run my card over and over taking a bunch of time and i just got to bowl, and get a drink with my partner and made it just that much better. Overall I had a great time! I will be coming back soon.

Said they had 5 lanes available for new years. After I gage my credit card info they said oh we are putting someone else on your lane. Um use one of the other 4 lanes! I canceled lets.see if they try and charge me

Had our work Christmas party here and it was great! Everyone had a great time. All staff was friendly and it was a great environment.

This business has a parking problem. It is OK for them to display a sign that says “No restaurant parking,” but they don’t mind that their customers with non-EV cars are parking in the Rivian spots.Rainier Lanes shares the same parking lot with a Rivian Charging Station. There are marked signs designated for Rivian EV’s.Please do not park at the Rivian charging station. People actually need to charge their cars. It is a great charging station. However, if you come on a Friday or Saturday night, patrons from Rainier Lanes and the nearby restaurant are parked in all of the charging spaces. I had to go into the bowling alley to ask for help. The first employee I spoke to lied about not having a PA system. He was not helpful. The second employee said let me go around and ask if it is one of our cars. He added that it could be patrons from the restaurant. The third employee actually went on the PA system and made an announcement to request for folks to move their vehicles so that a Rivian can charge. I was finally able to charge my car, but I shouldn’t have to go through all the trouble.While the bowling alley cannot stop their guests from parking at the Rivian spaces, please make a PA announcement when asked to do so. That will be very much appreciated. Please be considerate. Thank you.
