Elma's Starbucks is a little more "austere " than most I've been in. As a company I think they have gotten away from the "Friends" type gathering spot to focus on selling coffee, not renting space! Their coffee is always the same. Some think to dark. I personally like it. (Evidently millions of others do as well!) This particular shop has great access from 2 different streets so very easy to get in and out.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, but not automatic doors.

The Aberdeen safeway StarbucksFeb 9th 6:00pm the rudest barista I've ever encountered. My wife went into get a coffee and was treated worse than she ever has anywhere. Like the guy had a personal vendetta. She asked about any specials and he flat out called her stupid and she left crying. I can't believe Starbucks employes people like this. If you work in customer service leave your attitude at the door. I'm sure there is plenty people out there that can do his job with a smile on there face and have some respect.

Young girl who works there needs learn attitude , Even when she did not hear customer's saying they should not say "what. What,what " with such rude face ,ignoring attitude. Seems like that store did not have manager to teach manner.horrible.

There is one old lady there that is very unprofessional. She is not supposed to work there if she does not know what good a customer service is. If she is over there I am not definitely going to buy a coffee. I lost my interest visiting that location for starbucks coffee.

I asked for a hot tea, guy gave me an iced tea, and then didn’t add caramel to to the iced caramel americano.
Love it, always use to stop before shopping so I had something to drink but with covid and masked I now get it after :)
I like MOST of the employees here there is only 1 chick that's rude and doesn't smile. But my drinks are always good
