If I could give zero stars I would, came in for my morning coffee and was met with a extremely rude and unprofessional woman named Peyton. I'm a very nice and kind person and I treat others as such. Was greeted with unprofessionalisum and rudeness had a attitude with me for nothing, I get it we all have bad days but this was different. Condensing tone and rolled her eyes and sighed when I gave my simple order for ONE COFFEE. Upon waiting for my coffee I got to witness her also treat her coworkers poorly. Again with a tone and complete rudeness. Said co worker appeared on the brink of tears all while this other woman is clearly trying her best. If this is the face of Starbucks I'll never return that woman should be fired for her unprofessionalisum and hate she displays to not only customers but coworkers DO BETTER STARBUCKS!

The cashier for the drivethrough tried gas lighting us into believing our gift card had 0$ and that she actually scanned it, but when handed the card reader the total was the exact same. When we brought it up she said it had 0$ and insisted she truly did scanned it. I don't care if you mess up, but the fact of the matter is that the gift-card had 10$ and she attempted to gaslight us and didn't try to fix it or even check it. This shows she is incompetent, rude, manipulative, dismissive, inconsiderate person.

The person who took the order could not pay any attention to the order taking processs. It was super easy and they got it entirely wrong. Literally didn't care. Made no eye contact. Just shuffled us along. Worst Starbucks experience ever. A robot would have been better. We waited for nothing. Skip this place.

Hard working courteous staff. Oatmeal and Egg Bites are the food items I feel are tasty. All other food items are extremely bready. Need more relaxing style seating. The bar seating is excellent. The other seating lacks comfort.
