I rarely go to Starbucks but I was in a rush. I can't believe people like this terrible coffee. The food was good, so I gave 1 stat for the food and 1 star for good service. I ordered a black coffee and as always the barista asked "do you want anything in it.." haha never fails at Starbucks the worlds leading coffee shop.

Went in for a business meeting and attempted to order a coffee and wasn't even acknowledged whatsoever, place wasn't packed whatsoever, I guess they don't feel they need to acknowledge melenated people............
Usually the service at this Starbucks is friendly to say the least. Today however, I was gaslighted by one of the employees. I have no idea why. He's usually nice. Suddenly today, he decided to tell me I am plane or boring, because, I always order the same thing at the same place every day. Then he mumbled under his breath, he's glad he has verity in his life, and not boring. I'm not there everyday, but if they want business at this location, and return customers, I can't say gaslighting customers, is the way to go. Gaslighting, is in fact illegal. By definition, it's assault. I understand he just proposed to his girlfriend so, I can understand why he's nervous about setting things up for a wedding. I still don't know what that has to do with me being someone that orders the same thing everyday, even if I was that kind of person. I can understand, but WTF?
