The last couple times I have went through the drive through the girl with black hair is extremely rude. I asked for the chicken nuggets and fries fresh and she rudely said we don't do that here I said are you serious? She said I wouldn't say that if it wasn't true!

Night shift needs 2 worry more about customer service and less about flirting with eachother.. Order was wrong and by the time I had made it home they were closed .. will b making complaint when they open .. will update on manager satisfaction..

As a Door Dasher my experience was not a favorable one. I was treated very rudely. I understand that I am not ordering, but I am providing a service for a customer. More consideration would be greatly appreciated.

I got a bean and cheese burrito and it literally had clumpy chunks of refried beans and no extra red sauce which bites because after all the super cheap red sauce cost 70 cents to add even tho it comes with some red sauce to begin with. Gotta love corporate America being so darn cheap fast food places can literally only afford to hire young inexperienced young adults that are more concerned with screen time then actual life, lol no offense young fellow. Americans. I pray for your generation 🤞 please take comments light I don't want to get cancelled!

I have never been to a restaurant that uses a kiosk to order from, instead of a real person. Since I don't understand how to use it ..I asked for help...Never In my life being 70 years old been called Stupid and Dumb by the Manager. Since I'm not treated with respect, I will no longer use your services. Furthermore I would advice manning a real person for the lobby..instead of having your customers hunting down a person to take cash. Three things in life that will affect a business...1 Bad Management. 2. Bad Service and 3 Bad Food . Never had a problem with the food...Service Ratings 1. Thank you and have a good day.
They were really friendly and were really nice even though we came 10 minutes to close the inside part of the store!! Would come back again. They also had a huge line outside and were working well, getting my food in less than 5 minutes! 20/10 will recommend!

My son took mee and his family to the Aberdeen taco bell today. I am 58 and have been to a hole lot of taco bells in my life and hands down this was the best taco bell I have ever been to. Nothing was skimped on. Everybody commented on how satisfied they were with their food

So this has been a common issue I have had when coming to the restaurant. The avocado salsa they offer int he packets. Every time I order them, they never put them into the bag. I usually don't complain over something like this but it's only because it's happened on different occasions and yes it costs. It may be $0.80 but still it can add quick if we are eating here a bunch. So I just as the staff to be double triple checking orders for the future to ensure if a customer got sauce and that if it costs make sure they receive it. Maybe put it in another bag or double check with customer at the window that all is correct before sending them on there way. Only suggestions. Thanks guys
