Atilano's Mexican Food - Airway Heights

I usually love this place but this time around we paid 20$ for two drinks and one burrito and the burrito had a hair in it. We called to see if we could get it remade and she said “bring it in and we will see what’s up” so I brought it in and she asked where the hair was and I was like oh it was on my fork when I was eating and I like took a video and threw it away. I showed her the video and she laughed and then went back to the kitchen and started laughing and talking with the cook then came out with a new one and sat it on the counter without saying anything. The new burrito was like not even half the size of the original one. Horrible service.

This is not the best Mexican restaurant. But it is consistent, it is good, and it is on my way home.

This is second time that we have been there that the service has been horrible. The one time I could not hear the lady over the speaker kept telling her that I couldnt hear her . She decided to be rude because I couldn't hear her . I decided to pull up to the window and my order was wrong and she had overcharged me. When I questioned her about the price she got very rude with me so I gave her no tip and then she pretty much threw the bag of food at me. Tonight I called to let them know my order was wrong and got hung up on. I called back asked for management and was hung up on again. I tried one more to call and ask for management and again was hung up they wouldn't even let me finish saying what I wanted to say. I will not come back to the restaurant in Airway Heights. The Francis restaurant is so friendly that is where I will be going from here on out.

Good customer service.

This is the second take out order in a row that's been WRONG!! Not sure what's going on, but it didn't used to be that way, not at this location. Take out should not a gamble. Folks are not eating out as much because of the cost and now, this risk of the not even getting what you thought you ordered? Come on!!!

Very nice lady that works the front

I have been here numerous times and I order a chile relleno burrito and I order it with Sour cream and I am charged for it. I accept that Sour cream will be on it, but when I get home.. no Sour cream. I I am seriously considering never going there again. How hard is it to get what you ask and pay for?!? So disappointed.

Atilanos is the best, never had a bad experience from any location!

Came here for Taco Tuesday and was charged full price for the carne asada tacos. Was told by the lady that steak doesn't count for $1 tacos. I usually hit one of the 2 locations on division every Tuesday and have ALWAYS pay $1 a taco every single time. Paid double at this location which is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely will not be back to this location.

Fresh authentic taste. Rice and beans are delicious. Everything tastes great !
