Just went to the a&w/kfc in airway. I gotta say I’m pretty happy. Got the 2 for 6$. I got a huge burger and onions rings. Great deal, taste good. Gonna be hitting this place up instead of “McDonalds” that just charges WAY! to much anymore and the burgers get smaller every time I come in.

Best cheese curds in spokane right now, shame I have to drive twenty got dam miles from the valley to GET the curds though. Their spicy burgers are also incredible.
After waiting 10+ minutes for my food tonight, I threw my drink on the sidewalk and got food from somewhere else.

Manager Anna is extremely rude, I came in a little while ago and had a bad experience with the PC kid working the till that had dreads, I asked to speak to his manager and upon speaking to her about what happened, I was accused of lieing and told to leave, I'm extremely disappointed in this location as it has some of the better food in Spokane, but after today I will not be returning and I urge others to not aswell, because I'm sure that this is a regular occurrence

Used to be a great fast food place. Now the service and quality has gone way down. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone said anything. Mind you they looked at me and kept walking by. This is just sad.

9-14-24 @5pm Shockingly horrible. A&W is the Mrs' favorite fast food chain and this one is closest to home, so we're here somewhat regularly. Never had an issue until today. The burger and wrapper were coated in a black/brown sludge that I'm assuming is because the grill hadn't been cleaned. (Or at least I hope that's what it was.) Took one bite and it tasted absolutely foul. If it wasn't for the fact that we had already left, I would have gone back in and demanded a refund because it was truly awful. I still gag at the thought of the taste. Plus the guy at the drive through window seemed very careless, and almost rude. Do better guys, wow.
