The morning lady opening the ice cream shop on a Saturday morning around 10:40am right before they open. she was the most nasty person ever in all my life working at Ben and Jerry's. It's employees like that, that makes you loose customers like me. Every single one of those girls up in Ben and Jerry's at Northern Quest are not the friendliest to their customers Not at all from what I've seen. Just down right rude. Now I don't want to know what new flavors Ben and Jerry's has. I don't ever want to go there again.

I had no idea we even had a Ben&Jerry's here LOL!!! I forgot it was Valentine's Day so I was looking through Ubereats and saw this place. I originally ordered 4 WWE themed ice cream sandwiches for my man and the Netflix &Chilll'd. I recieved a call and the person on the phone said they were out of the WWE. The woman on the phone was soooooooo sweet and replaced it with the cutest cookie dough Valentine's Day themed mini cake! The note was so adorable as well! Thank you Bailey for doing that! We will be repeat new customers. Happy Valentine's Day!
