I want to take a moment to recognize Cameron Newsome, who in my opinion was the best employee Ben & Jerry’s ever had. Cameron wasn’t just great at his job—he had a way of making every customer feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. No matter how long the line or how busy the store, he treated everyone with kindness, patience, and genuine care.
Cameron brought such positive energy to the shop that people weren’t just coming in for ice cream—they were coming in for the experience he created. He made Ben & Jerry’s feel like a place you wanted to be, and he set the bar incredibly high for what customer service should look like.
It’s honestly disappointing to hear that such a hardworking, talented, and beloved employee was let go. Cameron truly embodied the spirit of Ben & Jerry’s, and his absence is deeply felt by customers and the community. Ben & Jerry’s was lucky to have him, and I sincerely hope they realize the kind of person they lost.

The morning lady opening the ice cream shop on a Saturday morning around 10:40am right before they open. she was the most nasty person ever in all my life working at Ben and Jerry's. It's employees like that, that makes you loose customers like me. Every single one of those girls up in Ben and Jerry's at Northern Quest are not the friendliest to their customers Not at all from what I've seen. Just down right rude. Now I don't want to know what new flavors Ben and Jerry's has. I don't ever want to go there again.
