Cute little spot with a small town vibe. We were in town for a concert at the casino and ate here before leaving town. Great food and atmosphere. Servers were sweet and extremely nice. Nice little stop before leaving town.
Gluten free options, limited to GF bread to sub for burgers & such. GF bread Tuna melt - delicious. Special of sweet potato bacon Benedict was delicious. Hollandaise was a great balance of butter and citrus - like the best I’ve had in spokane since moving here. Friendly service!

If you're a fan of breakfast sandwiches Billie's has your back! Your choice of bacon or sausage, egg how you like, on an amazing bun with cheese and a pesto mayo you want extra of (maybe to drink) but know that's pure glutinous and some greens forms into a wonderful sandwich that will have you savoring til the last bite. When family comes to town or friends want some breakfast this is the spot in Airway, absolutely grubbin 4.85 out of 5 from me and just a heads...
