Crew lacks basic training. Stops taking orders when busy and gives part of your order to someone else so that everything else is completely melted and ruined before your order is completed. Was helped by Nevea who had a terrible attitude about her own mistake
UPDATE! The owner himself reached out about our negative experience and I really appreciated him taking the time to make things right.

Some of the employees are not very nice. They just look at you. Stare you down. No one says hi or anything. Sure they might be high schoolers but they shouldn't glare at people and make them feel uncomfortable. Now we use the drive through. These kids could use some training on interaction with people and not their phones. Dilly bars are excellent though!
