Very good burgers but a bit overpriced in my opinion, also the customer service is pretty average & most of the employees here have pretty bland characters. Overall it's not that bad but at the same time not the greatest. I'd give it a 7 outta 10 scale OR B- Minus.

The line was long and service was slow. They had an impossible burger, which is my favorite. Prices were high. Fries alone were $5. They have vegan milkshakes and gluten free options too, which I appreciate. Took about 20 ish minutes to order and get my food. Area was pretty dirty.

This place is extremely busy and the staff does well considering the volume they have to produce with outdated equipment and no space. It is definitely in need of some updating. For what seems to be the busiest place in the casino, it is old and dark.
Can’t blame it on the staff, they are working with what they have.
The food is made fresh to order and will take a bit to cook. If there is an issue, manager has always remedied it on the spot.
