Not fast at all. One 16 inch JJBLT was over 20 bucks with no chips or drink! That's a reason to take off my list of places to eat permanently. Was good. But not that good! That would be 30 bucks for one sandwich and a drink and a bag of lays 🤣. Go to Texas Roadhouse and get a Ribeye, salad, drink, appetizer, and free peanuts. 😋

If there was a zero star that's what I would give this place! Doors were locked up 20 minutes to closing, I stood outside and knocked until an employee acknowledged me. All he did was look up at me knocking then looked away and tried acting like he never seen me.

I bought the most expensive sandwich, cost me $29 when I opened it it had a slice of bacon that you can read newspaper looking trough, and slice if beef you can see it on the pic that is thiner then a slice of cheese!!! Basically I got bread with frozen letice!!! The worst sandwich i ever eat, when I went there next day to show them that this is unacceptable, they said that pics on the menu have nothing to do with real sandwich that it wasn't a mistake it's just how they scam people!!! So if anyone wants frozen letice with bread and cheese for 29 dollars should come to this place!!!!

The staff was super friendly. The sandwich was good. The dill pickle chips on the other hand horrible. I’m a dill fan and when I heard they got their own unlimited edition chip I rushed over. These are the worst dill chips I’ve ever had in my life.

Slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Waited in the drive thru at the window for almost 15 minutes after paying because the employee forgot to bring us the food.

I ordered a sandwich of the mobile order and got the sandwich without the add on I wanted and paid extra for and there is no way online for me to tell you guys that you guys charged me for extras and didn’t even give them on the sandwich

Me and my husband have been coming to this location for 2 years and the food is always great, but we’ve had reoccurring issues with the woman that works at the front taking orders. She’s unable to do her job correctly without making consistent mistakes. Every time we dine in we dread having to order because she gets multiple things wrong without fail. I’m all for giving everyone opportunities but when they consistently mess up it becomes extremely frustrating to deal with. It’s gotten to the point that me and my husband don’t even customize our order because we know it’ll take her 4x as long to try and get it right while providing her multiple corrections after we’ve said the same thing 5 times.

Well.... Once again. Jimmy dropped the ball. Ordered the#12 Beach club. Got two slices of bread with some mayo, lettuce, tomato and cucumber. That was it!!!! This place really drops the ball, A LOT!! Probably just gonna stop going there. Get it together Jimmy John's, when you make the sandwiches correctly, they are good. But that doesn't happen to often lately.

Walked in, wasn’t crazy busy, everyone looked but no one said hello or anything (the guy behind me sure got the best greeting ever how odd). As I waited for my sub par Cubano I watched an employee handle the dough for the bread without gloves then proceeded to text on her phone multiple times and touch her hair then go back to handing the dough. ?? Never coming back here again!
