We were tough customers.no one knew what they wanted.we ordered 3 different times but guy at window was extremely patient.we asked for a cup of ice water and he said it would be$4.00 no thanks. We got home to eat and there was no napkins or condiments. We were very disappointed.

Rude manager. Came here last night after work 12 hour shift. I’m also 6 months pregnant. they messed up my order I didn’t realize until I was all the way home in dear park. Came back in before my shift in any hopes of a refund or any resolution. They refused to remake my order were not kind and didn’t give me any resolution because I didn’t call back last night after they messed it up. Even tho I had the charge on my phone from them. Disappointed in service.

The drive-thru took a very long time. The mashed potatoes 🥔 were old and the gravy was burnt. The coleslaw and chicken were both great. The person working in the drive-thru was nice and friendly.

Every time we order food from here there is something missing it never fails. The service isn't great and we end up having to go pick up what they miss from the order. It's beyond me why they never get it right. We pay extra for the delivery and we end up in the restaurant anyways.

Went through the drive through, for the first time in months we havent had to wait for our order, so fast and respectful, we didnt have to pull forward and wait a half hour to get a family dinner. Thank you kfc you guys are awesome!!

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich and it had an obscene amount of mayonnaise on it. I had to scoop it off as it squeezed out during bites, I could hardly taste the chicken. I do like mayo and usually like it on the thicker side but this was just a gross amount. Yuk!

For over 10$ the chicken sandwich was borderline slider size and the small fry came only half full in a small container. The zero Pepsi was good and it wasn't full of complete ice.

Got a coupon for two bowls for $7 dollars, the guy only took $1.50 off from 1 and not the whole three dollars. Also, the chicken tasted really weird taste like it wasn’t cooked all the way…asked for extra corn got nothing

Ok, yall do not go to the one in Airway Heights until they get better customer service. I went there 30 mins ago to get a simple meal. The Famous Bowl is very warm and good, the handsome guy who took my order was awesome. When I was done with my Famous Bowl and the Oreo Peppermint shake, I had asked for the code to the woman's bathroom. So I could use the bathroom, the GIRL with the pink/black hair and piercings in her face, was very rude and gave me in a snide comment, and gave me the code to the men's room. She was rude, very offensive, and she needs to go back to get better customer service classes or to get fired. Your establishment would be so much better without the GIRL in the pink/black hair and piercings in her face. It is very offensive to be mistaken for a Male, when it's plain to see that I am a female.
