This is the best kfc . I love the delicious spicy chicken sandwich meal they have and thier favored mountain dew drinks. The mashed potatoes and gravy are fantastic. The cole slaw is good. And the original recipe fried chicken is excellent. My girlfriend loves it here too. I like how they have a A and W here also so I can get a root beer float. The staff is friendly courteous and helpful and professional.

Ate there today. An what a difference from spokane. Nice polite clean hot food the bathroom was nice. No 1 looked trashy no 1 was rude or in a hurry to get you're order over an done with. Nothing like spokane in any way. It's so nice to have regular people working there an you're treated nicely an politely.

I DoorDash my order and it took over +20 minutes with my dasher apologizing due to “kfc” having to remake my order and on top of that they didn’t give me my order correctly.. this is so disappointing definitely won’t be coming back. I tried to call as well and was disrespected by Patrick M who claims to be the company’s manager.

I ordered Doordash on 11/15. I got 2 boxes of chicken meals with the request of extra crispy. What my family received was chicken that looked like it was dunked and sat in old grease two times and soggy with grease. It was so bad I had to drive to KFC and show them this. The guy proceeds to just stare at the chicken and mumbles something. I couldn’t quite hear him so I say what? He said they used the regular mix instead of the one for extra crispy. He proceeds to take the food remake the chicken and bring it back then sets it next to me on the counter and starts to walk away. I had to say “Thank you” for him to even acknowledge me. No “sorry” on behalf of the worker who messed it up or acknowledgement when even setting my food back down. Also, the point of DoorDash is so I didn’t have to go into the restaurant and spend my time and gas on going in store. It isn’t Doordashes fault, it’s KFC, and the food was still disgusting.

I visited the drive thru around 9:45pm on Nov 3rd. Although the store was out of CO2 for the soda, the manager on duty let me know and offered me different drink options. I went with a half sweet/ half unsweetened tea. He upgraded it to a large at no charge. He was training an employee and assisting customers at the dine-in counter as well as assisting the drive-thru. These are all basic duties as a manager but his attitude was so kind, patient and confident. All employees I encountered exhibited excellent customer service skills. Thanks!
The food was awful, I think they must get board and grab the salt shaker and give the food a shake of salt every five minutes or so. The food was SO salty! And I'm the kind of guy that always adds salt to my food whether it's been salted or not! I like it salty, but that was revolting.

The building in restaurant was really nice. But I have to say the ice cream machine was broken and I had just had a procedure and needed something soft and cold. We ordered our meal and they messed up the sauces and they forgot one of the mashed potatoes and gravy I had to go back up to the counter to ask for them.
