Every time we come here the lady who takes our order at the drive through, she will take 1 order and wait till that 1 car has gotten their food and is leaving, till she takes our order. Very inefficient use of time. We sat at the order box for 5 minutes till our order was taken. Not a single car in the parking lot and 1 car at the window. No one behind us, just us and one other car. It’s like this every time we come here, and we are always met with snarky additudes.

I know they are very busy when I go there, but that is no excuse for forgetting to bag part of my order, especially when it's so expensive. I don't dare order from GrubHub or Door Dash for this reason. The staff are always nice, but I never get my order correct going through the drive-thru.
