I know they are very busy when I go there, but that is no excuse for forgetting to bag part of my order, especially when it's so expensive. I don't dare order from GrubHub or Door Dash for this reason. The staff are always nice, but I never get my order correct going through the drive-thru.
I find myself going there more and more. The quality of the food is quite good. However, be sure to ask questions. If you don't ask for teriyaki sauce, you don't get it with the teriyaki chicken.
The last two times I’ve gone to this restaurant, the portions and quality of the food have been great. However, my one major complaint is the wait time for food!!! I went middle of the day, at 12:20 pm and had to wait 22 minutes for my food when I was told 3-4 minutes. Now I used to work at panda, so I understand things happen but if you’re needing to wait for more than one entrée to come out, at least be honest about it. Lastly, their drive through system sucks….
