Going to start by saying I don’t completely blame the night crew. But you need to get better people working nights to make up for your day crew. They had almost no bread, out of rotisserie, no steak, had to get strips from the back. The lady working didn’t help me but she was so rude to the lady behind me. Tried to walk to the back with 3 customers behind me saying she had to do dishes. The sweet lady behind me told her customers are more important and she replied THATS WHAT IM DOING MAAM, what do you want? So much happened while I was there, no hand washing, picking knives off the floor and back on the line. But when I got home my son’s cheesy dipper wasn’t in the bag, my husband could hardly chew through his sandwich and mine had pieces of chicken that were still cold around the heated up chicken. This store is so dirty and everyone is so slow, I won’t be back anytime soon if ever. I’ll probably just start going to jimmy John’s even though it’s quite a bit out of my way. I love subway but this location is a hit and miss. Sometimes it's good but this particular time I got 2 sandwiches and a sandwich meal. The meal was fine but both of the sandwiches were custom with extra payments for extra toppings and we never received the toppings. One of the sandwiches wasn't even a foot long it was a six inch and I paid extra for a foot long. Cookies are under baked and the bread is hard.

I came in at about 1145 am on Nov 5. Tammy was in the back and came about about 15 secs after I came in. She was friendly ...personable...wanted to get the sandwich exactly the way that I wanted it. I was NOT rushed by her. Also...while it seems stupid...Tammy spoke clearly and at teh right speed. Many front end people speakfastsothatyoucantundersstand.....Tammy didn't. I hope that the owners of this store appreciate her! Peace!

I walked in, stood there for like 5-10 mins waiting for them to take my order but I assumed they were busy with online orders but then a customer walks in and they take his order and few minutes after he came in and completely forgot about me or something as I'm standing at the counter. I’m not upset but that’s just unprofessional.

What fast food establishment stops taking orders half an hour before they close. We go in at 7:30 to get sandwiches on 9/29/24 and they refused us service because they're closing in half an hour.

People are rude and don't understand of washing hands after place or things, food is little ,even with sauce it had no taste. Store isn't all that clean and you smell cigarettes from some workers. Been here a few times when arguing was happening outside, drive through sits for so long that you cant really get out once your in makes things very uncomfortable. If you have to go here go in person so you know clean gloves is on and it's properly made.

Dustin is the best sandwich maker on this side of the Mississippi he handled so many Uber drivers online orders walk-ins with great composure while making minimal to no mistakes and keeping his composure this guy is a effing Rockstar thank you

The past could of times has not been good at all. Going through the drive is NOT a good idea. Pulled up, the employee said it will be about 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, he proceeded to tell me that we drove off. We did not but he wanted to argue that we did. Then he said he had about 8 people in front of him so it would be a while. Nope. We don't around front, one car in the lot and only saw 2 people in line. C'mon man, what's the point of a drive through? Won't be going there anymore.
