Your bar waitress took over 10 minutes to serv us and she argue with my boyfriend on Nov 12th

We went on our anniversary and ordered the steaks with mashed potatoes. It took a while to get our food and when it came it was cold. The steak was luke warm. I asked for my plate to be heated up but told they did not have a microwave. The waitress offered a new side of potato’s which I accepted but then it took too long and the meat was getting colder so I ate it and cancelled the potato’s. She offered a free dessert but in the end but felt disappointed given what we spent. I did not want to waste a steak even though it too was not warm enough and did not get to eat it with potatoes. Also the bowl of minestrone soup was sooo small the spoon was too big for the bowl. Maybe three spoonfuls max of soup.
The waitress then gave us our check before we even finished eating and felt a bit rushed out although we were very nice and respectful.
I do not typically leave reviews but this experience, left us feeling dissatisfied and brushed off.
Drastically improved resteraunt. Service respectful & prompt. Amazing salmon salad.

Chicken and waffles was better than I had hoped! Wife enjoyed the mimosa flight and traditional Benedict. Definitely worth the 10 min wait for brunch!

Food was excellent with large portions. Clean and appealing dining facility. Will visit again for the food. They were working outside the restaurant, so the doors to the restaurant were locked. The food was worth the extra walking.

Two tiers lower than prison food.
Do not come here for the food. It's horrible. Just come here to waste money. I don't think I've ever had worse food.

A year ago I would have rated this 5 Star every time. The last 2 times I have been in has left us wanting. I will say that the food we did order, the calamari, the Philly Steak, Thai Wings, and Mozz Sticks were decent (besides the marinara for dipping). My biggest complaint is they got rid of everything that made them stand out from the standard bar food. The steak sandwich was delish with a twist, the Brussel sprouts were on trend. I always found the menu fresh. Now it just seems like mediocre bar food. Three peeks used to be a cool, fun place to have a date night and now I see no differenced in the food from the snack bar, but more expensive. I will say they did bring back the fried green beans which is always a hit with my family. It kinda looks like they are trying to put an emphasis on the Italian, but fail in every way. The red sauce seems like it is directly out of a discount bargain can. The meatballs are not good, and the chicken parm is a frozen patty. If you are going to do Italian, please do it right. With the changes I was thinking maybe they wanted to make turn times better, from the appetizers to the entrees our food took forever. The one highlight was our waitress, she was friendly and accommodating. The runners let our appetizers sit in the kitchen forever (as we had a good view of them) our waitress finally realized we did not have them on the table and took charge. I always like the atmosphere, but others are right not having an entrance where we do not have to go through the smoke is annoying. Three Peaks please step it up and get your 5 stars back.

We eat at Three Peaks about once a month. I highly recommend the Chicken Parm or the Fish and Chips. My wife gets the steak... and sometimes they miss the mark on cooking a "well done" steak... which is why I had to mark it down a bit. The wait staff is pretty awesome... and they will make it right if they don't quite get the steak the way you want it... and compared to the other steakhouse in Airway at a casino I won't name... you get your money's worth!!!

Very disappointed in our meals, 4 of us ordered 1 was a salmon salad which was good, ordered 3 steaks and shrimp. Steaks were tuff, had gristle through all 3, long stem broccoli was very tuff, had a hard time cutting it with the steak knife, no butter for the potatoes, no bread with the meal ?.
VERY DISAPPOINTED in it.
1st and last time there in Spokane, Wa.

Food was just okay on my last visit, and the air in the restaurant was horribly smokey from the casino. They need a door to partiton off the restaurant and the casino or install one heck of an air filter. Worst air quality I've ever experienced there! ? ??

The Valentines dinner was a big disappointment. The 16oz steak was more like a 8 oz . It was sliced and spread out to make it look bigger and also served family style. The steak was also cold and very rare cooked when asked for medium. I was one two couples at my table and we all agreed it was very disappointing. The table beside us sent back the whole meal. We all felt like the ad for this dinner was misleading because we would of done something different.
