The fries have been so undercooked too.

I love this zips in particularly for the fact that my 81 year old GPA and many other gentlemen around his age have made it their every morning "HANG OUT " as they call it. It's such a a great feeling seeing him hanging out with his friends at their hang out drinking coffee and just chit chatting away. Literally every morning from like 7-8 am til 11 or noon some days this group of guys go to this zips and socialize. All the employees know it's there hang out and treat them very kindly. It's honestly amazing. I love my GPA so much he raised me so seeing this now at my age of 34 makes me smile more then anything. I wish every GPA had a place they called their hang out like mine. Thank you Zips for making this possible.

This is an excellent place to go to sit at the drive through window for 32 minutes while the employees take turns coming out to smoke weed with the dude from the trailer park. If you’re lucky, they’ll forget one half of your order too.

Becareful ordering from the drive thru! the pricing on the drive thru menu aren't accurate. Dbl cheese is now 7.99 not 5.99 what a RIP. Meal came to $16. I won't go back.

This restaurant is amazing.. but the last time we went there they're tartar sauce was 100% mayonnaise and nothing else.. is it because mayonnaise is so cheap... Cuz if I wanted to dip my fries in mayonnaise I would just order mayonnaise and not tartar sauce!!! Maybe start making the mixture correct cuz you're the last zips who actually makes good tartar or used to!!

Never been here before, I live in Texas and came to Washington to visit. Ordered the tub o tots and a bowl of chilli and they were out of chilli.
