Jack's BBQ & Steakhouse

Excellent service from Elizabeth! She was so friendly and attentive! I ordered brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad and my friend ordered the bacon & blues burger with a brisket add on and talk about mouth watering! We also ordered the fried pickle jar and highly recommend that appetizer! We saved our leftovers for the next day and it went just as hard! Amazing hospitality from this establishment and the vibe was so country it felt like we were back home in Texas! Don’t skip out on the banana pudding and a big thank you to management and the cooks who help keep the place running smooth!

We LOVE Jack's! Great bbq, wonderful service, and tasty beverages! We had delicious steaks on 4/30 and they were AMAZING!! Colon's service was fabulous, and our entire experience was lovely. Thanks Jack's!!

What is the point of smoking your barbecue for 16 hours if you’re going to serve it just slightly above room temperature? Having grown up in Texas I may have a slightly higher standard for what makes BBQ good, but, serving dry lukewarm meat and calling it Texas style BBQ is pretty disappointing.

Food has no seasoning. Was very disappointed.

Solid BBQ joint right off the highway in Auburn. Good beer selection and a lot of options on the menu. Great collard greens! Service was very quick and friendly. Clean bathroom.

Shelby is the BEST bar server out there. Her bubbly personality and sense of humor make going in to Jacks the best place to go, the food is ALWAYS on point.

I only recently learned about Jack’s BBQ. What a great place! The food and service were both great. My husband got a huge plate of meat. I don’t remember what it was called but he loved it. I had a small wedge salad. It was hard to cut and eat it out of the small bowl because it was so full, but it was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back again sometime.

Parking: The parking lot is small and can be a bit tight if there are larger trucks packed there.

Kid-friendliness: Seemed to be very kid-friendly. There were kids there when we went.
