Solid BBQ joint right off the highway in Auburn. Good beer selection and a lot of options on the menu. Great collard greens! Service was very quick and friendly. Clean bathroom.

Shelby is the BEST bar server out there. Her bubbly personality and sense of humor make going in to Jacks the best place to go, the food is ALWAYS on point.

I only recently learned about Jack’s BBQ. What a great place! The food and service were both great. My husband got a huge plate of meat. I don’t remember what it was called but he loved it. I had a small wedge salad. It was hard to cut and eat it out of the small bowl because it was so full, but it was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back again sometime.

Parking: The parking lot is small and can be a bit tight if there are larger trucks packed there.

Kid-friendliness: Seemed to be very kid-friendly. There were kids there when we went.

I have been here 3 times this last month and have been thoroughly impressed each time. Brisket plate is my favorite! It's hard to choose because the appetizers selection is so good!

Absolutely horrible experience. Mac and cheese is horrible. Burger ordered was not correct, and when the bartender makes you feel like your an inconvenience whats the point of going back ever. Maybe the bad service was horrible at the bar because were understaffed. Other patrons around us complained like one that said they were sitting for 20 minutes, and nobody came to her. The bartender handled it horribly and threw the server under the bus.

So normally jacka is good great food. They added steak to the menu for the month of march. This was the worst and thinnest ribeye I have ever had in my life. Also it was very over cooked (asked for medium rare). I heard a lot of people complaining about theirs being over cooked as well. How are you going to serve the thinnest steak in the world. Didn’t even know they make them that thin!!!
