We stopped by this morning and ended up ordering quite a bit. We were a pain and kept adding things on. The gal working was so nice and sweet to us, even though I know it’s tough when big orders come through and people change things! Definitely going to be back. ❤️

I don't write reviews. and I love this place. But today was a really bad representation of the customer service I usually get here. I always get a red bull seltzer, for myself and my boyfriend almost every day, and leave happy. Today I drove thru and gave the girl working a handful of cash and my card. I wanted to pay all the cash and the remaining on my card. I told her, "Some cash rest on card please." She told me my total total and I nodded. She checked me out and I drove away. As I was driving I felt a little suspicion and checked my bank statements. She said the original total, if she rang in my cash would she not tell me my NEW total? I was charged the full cost on my card and she kept all the cash as a tip. I usually tip and was planning on tipping on the card but I honestly will not be ordering if the same girl is working. I also just found out this happened to my boyfriend a few days ago and with the same employee. Except this time he was smart enough to catch it before he left. I would assume she would be aware it's a lot of money for me to tip on a couple drinks and probably isn't a tip or would at least verify with me but I guess do what you gotta do for a tip, if your customer is stupid like me. It's a cute little shop and I ADORE the girl with the colorful hair, she is awesome. But I am really upset. Pay attention people.
