So much to say about this place. Brought us a burger still mooing. Literally. Pink all the way thru . When we mentioned to take it off our bill since it was completely uncooked and for the wait time on a new burger, the supervisor told us no. When they brought the new burger out it was made with veggies my husband is allergic to and had originally asked not to put on there. No apology. Nothing. Really disappointed but don’t really care. We know now where not to go when we want to eat out.

Food was priced reasonably. The server was fantastic and helpful. The 5 dishes we got were very tasty. Clam chowder could of been thicker with more clams and would have been nice to have oyster crackers. The hot turkey dinner was a little weird. The turkey was deep fried I think but the plate size was huge. Western burger's bacon was perfect. Their bacon is very thick and largely portioned.
We purchased the chocolate cake because it's worth the 10$ a slice. Unfortunately, the cake is now half the size and the whipped cream and chocolate sauce was missing. Disappointing. Not worth $10.00 EACH! In the past, I have gotten the chicken alfredo and it is usually very delicious. the steak and fish fillet is always dry. Breakfast was okay. Service is usually friendly.

On January 4th, my birthday, at Swinomish casino I gambled a bit and then stopped in at Carver's for a late dinner (I had gotten a $10 dining credit for my birthday from the casino). I ordered a French dip with fries to go. Right off the bat my au jus spilled all inside my bag so I had to go back and get another one. I wiped everything else off in the bag while waiting over 5 mins for my new au jus. Then I had to try to eat my sandwich while driving. The au jus was very bland, the fries were soggy and the meat was sliced pretty thick and seemed a little dry. Then before I finished the 1st half of my sandwich I bit into what felt like a big piece of plastic and I pulled it out of my mouth. I then pulled my car over to see what it was. After turning on a light I could see that it was a dried piece of beef that looked like leather. I immediately got turned off and put the rest of my meal in the back seat and planned on throwing it away when I got to a garbage can. I was with a friend and we went to another casino where I had to sit in the bathroom for a half hour with stomach cramps. After getting out of the bathroom I told my friend I needed to get a room because I felt so sick I couldn't drive. Well, their hotel was booked. Then I went to a different bathroom where I proceeded to throw up for another half hour. Then my friend pulled my car around so we could find a hotel room nearby. I threw up more outside of my car. We ended up finding a room and I laid down for the next 8 hours feeling sick. Great birthday! Don't think I'll ever eat there again!

Should be called Butchers Cafe, because that's what you did to our meal. Prime Rib way overcooked, like a leather-bound Ron Burgundy book. Food was cold and undercooked on another plate. The rueben was so dry it took 2 glasses of water to get down. Server saw my plate that was pushed aside, I told her how awful it was. She then offered me dessert. No thank you. I was not charged for said meal. I'm sure because it was a holiday, you were busy, but damn. You guys can do better. Hopefully. Not coming back soon.

They had our order ready but they weren't exactly ready! My daughter father went to get dinner for all of us and he was waiting while they took their time to give him our food! Their usually pretty slow about it but they need to improve better and faster service. Sometimes when we do eat there some of the waitress don't come check on us enough for us to say really anything if something is wrong.

Our server rocked - thank goodness because the rest was as expected. Frozen and canned products were on my plate, but I have had worse at casino restaurants. When you’re hungry it works but plan accordingly and you’ll get much better food elsewhere.

I went for dinner and then breakfast the next morning. I ordered a medium rare steak for dinner and it came very rare. I couldn't chew it. My server was nice but didn't check on me soon enough for me to say anything. By the time she came around I was halfway done. It would've been very good if it was just cooked more. Tried breakfast the next morning and the eggs benedict was left wanting. It had no flavor. My breakfast server was great! Very friendly and attentive. Ambience was great though! It was clean and comfortable. I went alone and felt relaxed. That part was great.
Went here for dinner with my husband and another couple. I ordered the turkey dinner and remembered other restaurants I’ve eaten at in the past that had this same dish. I remembered the nice piece of sliced turkey meat along with the typical fixings for turkey meal. Well when I got the meal it did not have the turkey slices, sliced off the bone meat, rather it was pressed turkey meat. I was disappointed with this but I still enjoyed my meal. Service was excellent.
