De Asian (Sushi Bar and Asian Fusion)

Unsuspecting outside, awesome inside. The servers were very attentive and the food came out super quickly, it actually might’ve been the fastest sit-down meal I’ve ever had but we didn’t feel rushed. Ramen was 10/10, sushi was also pretty darn good. We’ll be back!

I was excited to try the sushi here. It's a newer place and has 4.8 stars. We were seated right away however tables seated after us were waited on first. No one even came to take a beverage order. The sushi looked nice but was definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing experience. I think I would have been much happier with grab and go sushi from Haggen. It was clean, but that's basically the best attribute

Nah....ordered 4 shrimp spring rolls got 4 orders of spring rolls that had 0 shrimp in any of them I got rolled salad x4. Ordered 2 sets of forks for the chicken pad thai, no forks. Pad this was fine, but anyone can make it. It's open late so that's why they get 2 star

TLDR; food is really good quality and has 💯flavours

We came in close to closing time for some dinner after a long day in Friday harbor and this spot was really the best way to end the day.

Between the two of us, we ordered the eggplant katsu, rainbow roll, futomaki and the basil friend rice with extra egg. Absolutely everything was perfect.

The eggplant was super crispy without feeling oily, and the spicy sauce on it added just the right amount of flavour. Both rolls were delicious, fresh and generously portioned.

The basil rice here is probably the best I’ve had (bonus points for the veggies actually being bite sized) - I would caution the spice level though - I picked level 4 and it ended up being spiced than I could handle, so I think 3 would be perfect if you have a decent spice tolerance.

Service is really great here too, the staff is friendly and attentive. Even the chef and folks behind the counter wish us good night as we left, which is such a nice gesture!

If you like spicy, the spicy miso Ramen has loads of spicy kick.

love the new spot. Been eating here since they were downtown. Food and service never disappoints. Staff is amazing and even if I go for a couple months without going in they still recognize me and are awesome. when they moved they changed the menu and took my favorite thing off the menu, however the sushi chef knows that and makes it for me anyways 😋

Amazing food, big menu, chefs are top notch, quick service, great atmosphere and always a pleasure to be there! Can’t recommend them enough!

I have never written a review so fast in my life. We just left and I can hands down say this is the BEST Asian food in Anacortes. Such a great staff, amazing service, and the best variety of authentic Asian food. The sushi is to die for and there wasn’t a single item we didn’t find ourselves gushing over and we ordered about 8 items between the 2 of us and our 4 year old. We highly recommend!

Parking: Since De Asian is on busy Comercial Ave, you need to park on the side street.

Super good! Tom yum was awesome and Thai beef salad was also tasty.
