If a person pulls up and your sign is on because its not 7 yet and your going to turn them away then shut your sign off at 6::45. There will always be people tjat come at a few minutes before close. Its why you have a open and close time.

We were visiting from Seattle and stopped by to grab coffee on the way home. A young blonde woman was working. I wasn’t familiar with the offerings so I asked a few questions such as which coffee roaster they use, whether they have nitro cold brew, etc She laughed after my questions, was very impatient and had a terrible attitude. I thought I may have imagined it, but my boyfriend mentioned how terrible her attitude was as we drove away. I would expect better customer service at a small business where I would assume employees are treated well.

Pros: The coffee was great and I liked that there was no wait. I still tipped despite the unpleasant experience. Hopefully she has a better day.

Love the app, helps when it’s busy i can usually just walk up and go. surprised about some of the bad reviews since i do really like their coffee and service is always nice

I was trying to avoid leaving a review but the other day I slurped this little guy up through my straw 🥴
I tried reaching out via email and left a voicemail for the available number to let them know incase this yellow jacket was in the syrup (health hazard for people with allergies) and to possibly get a refund. But the coffee before the wasp was good and the staff was really nice!

Normally I would never state in a public review my issue with a business but I have attempted to call the phone number u guys have listed multiple times and it is not one that works my husband loves this coffee stand and either him and I have gone every single morning for a long time to get his coffee same order every single time and up until recently is perfect but over the last week the last 3 days in a row including today it has not been correct even after repeatedly telling them white coffee it has not been white coffee and then 4 days ago when I ordered it and he tasted it and said that it literally tasted like everything except the coffee was in the mocha even tho I order four shots in it every time he said it was literally like water and milk or something im not sure if they are training or something going on but has just been very disapointing when it was his favorite coffee stand and looked forward to getting his daily coffee from this specific one and thwn being unable to contact a speak to anyone about the issue

Unfortunately, our order came out incorrect despite the barista’s convincing attitude. A child chai was hot, even though we asked for it to be kid temperature. My mocha turned out to be a latte, a very weak latte for two shots in an 8 oz beverage, and instead of half cow’s half oat milk I got cows milk only. :((

I went and ordered my normal drink which is an iced americano no water, extra ice with white mocha powder, coconut and cream. When I was handed the drink it was half full and so so dark. When asked if they could please add the cream, the barista got upset about saying it was ordered wrong and they only do 2oz of cream. I’ve ordered this drink countless amounts of time and have never had an issue prior. Not sure if the barista was new or was having a bad morning.

I got an oatmilk latte that tasted like bad gas station coffee with vanilla flavor. I thought there must have been a mistake so brought it back. (Never done this before.)
Nope, really just that bad. Barista brought equally bad vibes.

Just went through there this morning. I just recently started going there over other coffee stands because they make my drink perfectly. I had the best customer service. Didn’t catch her name but she put a smile on mine and my daughters face. Thank you for being so lovely this early in the morning.
