Stopped in for lunch. I’m always a little skeptical about a place that seems to do it all: smoothies, detox, food, etc. But Comic Veggies was truly a cosmic and happy experience. After reading the reviews, we had great expectations of cosmic veggies. I had the bang-mi, and my husband had the breakfast sandwich. Both were really good, the only downside was the funky potato chips. I would give them 5 stars if they offered a healthy option instead of the non-descript potato chips.
Popped in for a late lunch and had a wonderful meal. Between us we had the banh mi, breakfast sandwich and ‘blue cheese’ jalapeño burger. The sandwiches used sourdough which was delicious, my mother in law was less of a fan of the gluten free bun for the burger but great to know the place is coeliac friendly. The cafe had a real community feel, the food was excellent and so were the juices!
