Fair prices, food is good... It just takes a while to get your food. But it's fresh and hot... Well worth the wait. They also have drive up, individuals order booths.

The hamburger and french fries were average at best. But the chocolate milkshake was really good. Little bit of nostalgia parking in the drive-in like the old days, but not quite the same. The cover was broken a couple of years ago now. So you have to sit in the pouring rain in the winter with no cover. And boil in the summer with no shade to park in. Makes it unpleasant. Not to mention making the employees walk out in the freezing rain 100 times a day. It just seems kind of cheap to me. Like I said a solid C in food and service. But a D in atmosphere. Get the cover back. We can go sit in the parking lot of McDonald's and sweat to death for a lot less.

Service seems very inconsistent Sometimes good sometimes not so good .. food is just standard, nothing great! When I tried to call to place my order no one answered the phone when I arrived I asked them if their phone was out of service and they said no that they shut it off when they're busy or short-handed. And looking around there were at least three people working two of the three were just standing talking to the third one in the back very few customers maybe two tables with a couple people in there dining area. So definitely not short-handed! I like that it gives our high school kids some of their first jobs! But they need to be taught himself to interact with theor customers, and answer their phones is a start. To follow up to your reply, I call three times with no answer. So at that point I figured maybe the whole system was down phones and online because that has happened to me before so I just went into the restaurant. It would be helpful if you guys aren't going to have time to answer the phone that you at least put a message on that are online system is available please feel free to order online and we will have your order ready for you when you want it. How simple would that ? Not answering the phone, admitting that you don't have time to answer it sometimes but then when I arrived there was hardly anyone dining , staff was just visiting passing the time doesn't make it there's no excuse for it.

5 dollar chicken sandwich was huge and tasty. Fries and shake were good also. They came out even in the rain. Definitely will be back.

Had their French dip. Is was great best around. I have had it at few spots in mount vernon burlington area it beats their's. Root beer floats are good.
If you want a quick and good food at good price this is the place. They do need a better restroom

Some of the servers need to work on being more friendly. We've been going steady here for a year as this is one of my kids fave places to eat. Food is great. I always tip generously but most recently, I had a rude server who didn't seem appreciative or thankful for the tip. Definitely steers me away from wanting to go back sometimes.

We usually get the turkey sandwich and the chipotle turkey burger. Both are delicious. The fruit that comes with the sandwich is really good in the summer, but closer to winter, it's not as appetizing as the fruit is out of season.
