The hamburger and french fries were average at best. But the chocolate milkshake was really good. Little bit of nostalgia parking in the drive-in like the old days, but not quite the same. The cover was broken a couple of years ago now. So you have to sit in the pouring rain in the winter with no cover. And boil in the summer with no shade to park in. Makes it unpleasant. Not to mention making the employees walk out in the freezing rain 100 times a day. It just seems kind of...
Some of the servers need to work on being more friendly. We've been going steady here for a year as this is one of my kids fave places to eat. Food is great. I always tip generously but most recently, I had a rude server who didn't seem appreciative or thankful for the tip. Definitely steers me away from wanting to go back sometimes.
We usually get the turkey sandwich and the chipotle turkey burger. Both are delicious. The fruit that comes with the sandwich is really good in the summer, but closer to winter, it's not as appetizing as the fruit is out of season.
