The bagels here are pretty good, not much to complain about. But they’re not fantastic either. In fact, no food is fantastic in Anacortes so don’t expect too much if you’re not a local. What I do have a gripe with is the fact that I ordered one bagel sandwich and two bagels with cream cheese and had to wait 45 minutes. In no universe should it take that long to make a bagel sandwich and spread cream cheese on two other ones. There is no designated person working as a barista, so the cashier has to alternate between making drinks and taking orders. Also, the coffee is horrendous. This is no knock on the people actually working there, but there needs to be improvement in management and actual operation of the shop. It is not worth it to go to this place if you’re looking to have breakfast within an hour of ordering it.

Bad Day Cafe. Stopped here for lunch prior to going on a whale watching cruise. Husband’s sandwich: never called his name, someone else took it. Staff member young man could not have cared less. Starting family vacation with a hungry dad sucks!!! Maybe you could put names on the brown bags to do better in the future.

Very very very good bagels! I love the classic sandwich! So good! My husband loves it on the rosemary seasalt and I like it on sesame! It’s a cute cafe! Staff talks very loud in the back. You could hear them talk about their personal lives, almost TMI. The place is small so you could hear everything. Other than that it’s awesome!!

Very cute cafe with fantastic bagels. Husband loved the classic and I enjoyed the lox on the rosemary salt bagel. Only a few options on the menu, but flavors to satisfy all! We stopped by on our way to the ferry and it was a lovely breakfast! Staff was also kind and helpful. Don’t skip this place!

Extraordinary! We love bagel sandwiches but this was just in higher realm than other places we've eaten. We had the Sloppy Jaloppy and The Upper West Side and they were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend that you eat here. The owner is so attentive and nice as well.

Normally we love their bagels. Really guys texture. May have just been an off day but we asked for them toasted and they were burnt. Under the cream cheese it was black. Bummer but we'll give it another chance in the future.

I wasn’t a “bagel person” before eating at Good Bagels. They’ve got some delicious sandwich options, (Sloppy Jaloppy, yum) and you can’t go wrong with building your own Classic sandwich. My favorite bagels are their jalapeño cheddar and rosemary sea salt. Awesome drip coffee too. It all couldn’t be without the staff! They’re friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The vibes are on at GBags. You better bet your best bagels that I’m a bagel person now.

I ordered takeout on the app yesterday for a lunch for a special friend’s birthday as she was doing a favor for me by grooming my dog while I was at work. Our sandwiches were amazing (we both got turkey club-one on everything/one on cheddar jalapeño) -they were so delicious! Thank you, you make the best bagels and give great service!!!
