Two of us sat at the bar and ordered some beer and food. Service was very friendly and attentive. Order egg rolls, won ton soup, sweet sour chicken, and Hong Kong chow mein. I'd skip the egg rolls and sweet sour chicken. They weren't horrible but it was kinda meh. Chow mein and soup was spot on though.
The food was great and the service was too! So why four stars instead of five? Because my takeout order was supposed to include a four star heat Mongolian Beef. And we didn't receive it. No problem, I called and let them know it was missing and was invited to return and pick it up. So I did, and again it was not four star Mongolian Beef. I wasn't about to go back a third time. Delicious beef imperial, but not what I ordered.
Visited 7pm on a Saturday, restaurant not too busy, lounge busy, friendly reception. Plenty of parking in back. To go order took about 10 minutes - Breaded Almond Chicken. Soft rice, thick gravy, crunchy tempura coating, chicken = all tasty! Happy tummy with a fortune cookie too! Offered utensils, chopsticks, soy sauce. Just like I remembered from 2015! Hope to be back in another 10 years...
