We just moved Anacortes 7 months ago and we were pretty happy about the Jack in the Box situation. We’ve now gone a few time and the floor is always sticky. This time, they did get part of my order wrong but were quick to fix it. The service was weird, when we walked it. It felt as though we were bothering them. Honestly, this Jack in the Box could be so good. The location is good and for the most part, the food has been good. But it’s always dirty and the service isn’t good.

Last night,Wednesday, we were the second car in the drive through at 6:30 It was at least 10 minutes before our order was taken. After that another 10 minutes to get our order. There were no people inside. Yes they had pick up orders, but this was ridiculous. Will never go there again.

U can literally never get the correct order here. Order online, drive thru-….whatever it is, more often than not it is incorrect. I placed an order online tonight to get it when I showed up. I got to the drive thru and they told me to wait out front. Waiting….waiting….waiting…. Get back into the drive thru. “What’s your order? Can you confirm it? Confirm your name? We don’t have it….etc.” Get to the window rather than wait in parking lot again. Show them my order. They hand me something. It’s close to what I ordered but still INCORRECT… after all that bs. Yay. They can’t do anything right in the late hours. I’ve never gotten a correct or on time order. Sadly.
