Slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. There is no such thing as Freaky Fast here. I have been here many times and it’s always 10+ minutes to get my sandwich when there is no one else in the store or drive thru!

I had a great experience with Jimmy John’s today!! There was an extra long line at the Guemes ferry so I ordered some sandwiches. I placed my order at 2:37pm and it was out for delivery at 2:43! The driver then contacted me to see which car was mine and brought it down to me. I would do this again and highly recommend!

Nothing freaky fast about this location. Came in and had 2 cars placing single orders in front of me and it took 17 minutes. If anyone flipping it’s because it’s freaky slow.

Jimmy John's is consistent everywhere. They could be much better if they sliced their meat fresh!!! Even Subway has figured out after many years of pre-sliced meats. Sliced to order is the best way to make a sandwich, especially paying over $11 dollars for a sub.
Their bread is what makes them survive in the sandwich world. End of subject
I order 3 subs and it cost me $38 dollars

My mother had the Caprese Salami Wrap, and she absolutely loved it! She did the drive thru and paid cash, the bill was $11.74, she handed off a $20. When she pulled off to eat the wrap and take in the beautiful scenery in the south of Anacortes. She went to put her change away properly into her wallet and boom. She only got $2.00 back in change. Make sure you check your change before your drive off.
There seemed to be a lot of confusion when I went through the drive-thru. The young lady who took our order didn't greet us when we got to the window, and we sat there for about 5 minutes before a young man came and greeted us and took my payment.

I’ve ordered food from this JJ through the app like I usually do. This time the order took forever to be delivered and when it finally showed it was, it was not at the door. Called the store and the guy had such a monotone attitude with zero helpful emotions and with a weak “I’m sorry” about that. This store needs to learn how to deliver and operate better. I’ll never eat at JJ again. I’ll take my service to across the street to subway. JJ has now lost a dedicated customer for good.

I ordered a wrap from their app and had it delivered. I asked for easy lettuce, and they managed to include more lettuce than meat. Forget my onions, mustard, oil/vinegar, spices. It'd actually be easier to list what they only put on my sandwich instead. I received nothing but meat, tomato, and lettuce with a sneeze of mayo. Come on guys. If a sandwich has too much on it for you too make, just refund it next time. Don't give up half way through making my order and decide it was too hard.
