Have you ever experienced a barista who rolled their eyes when you ordered a flat white like ordering an item off their menu is a wild request? And when you ask them to add a shot of espresso they audibly swear under their breath and ask you how you expect that to fit in a 12 oz cup? I hadn’t either until I met Sherri this morning… I didn’t end up finishing my order and got coffee down the street where they managed to make me what I ordered without ruining my day.

I love Starbucks coffee. I get it when I can, but every time I go here when Sherri is working it is a terrible experience. She is very rude and very demanding. I always get a simple order and add espresso shots. The last time I was in I was just getting cake pops for my kids as I did shopping and she was even rude to all 3 of my children calling them spoiled and telling them very rudely they need to pick out and tell her what ones they wants and was even more mean because they asked for them to each be in separate baggies so they can each have they’re own. Time before I was getting a caramel ribbon crunch with my family who were also getting the same. She was very condescending and very rude again to each one of us like she didn’t have the time or effort it took to do her job she is paid to do. We weren’t asking for anything spectacular just the caramel ribbon frappe that was on special. Every time I see this lady (Sherri) I never have a good experience always treated terrible. She has no customer service and now I go to whidbey coffee cause I do not enjoy interactions from her and neither has anyone I have taken there..but the worst was when she treated and talked to my kids the way she did..totally unacceptable.

Starbucks is located inside Safeway. Showed up prior to them opening at 06:00 and was able to walk around till opening. I was the first person to order and she had my drip coffee and egg bites ready in no time.

Normally i have a good experience at this specific starbucks. But today when i went in with 2 of my friends we got 3 drinks and 2 cake pops. My friends drinks where fine but with mine a hot coco(small) it tasted like just hot water with whipped cream.this is not an exaggeration! Normally i am not one to complain but also the service i receive was not well, the worker seemed uninterested and not happy to make my drink for me. although i think hot coco is an simple drink to make.

Waited for 37 minutes for a Trent’s Mango Dragonfruit, Barista not ready, no food service because all gone, and at the same time short staffed. Rude, short spoken, when I pull up to the window, there is a barista sitting down on his knees text messaging on a cell phone. Starbucks needs to shut this place down along with hundreds of other locations.
The employee today was a sweetheart and no kidding best dark caramel sauce latte' with coconut milk I've had from there or anywhere else for that matter in a very long time. Couldn't have done better myself and service you could see the smile through her eyes (mask).

Masks were optional. For people like me with an autoimmune disease it makes you feel very unsafe . But the staff was polite and very helpful. Prices are average for this chain.
