Orders on line for the Anacortes food truck. Order was accepted, credit card charged and told 20 minutes till the order was ready. Arrived to find the truck gone! When I called, was told “oh ya, they left early”. It was 6:30 on a Tuesday-advertised open till 8. No apologies. No explanation. Told I’d be contacted Wednesday for a refund. Nope, no call. This is criminal behavior. Buyer beware. Pathetic behavior from a small business.
This has always been my favorite taco stop for family nights and when buying for my group at work. I was shorted one of my kids dinners on an order on a Thursday evening online order. When I called I was told I had 24 hours to pickup what I was shorted. Driving back was more work than just making something at home, and we were leaving town Friday for sports functions so the next day didn’t work for me.
