Dined in on Sunday noon, but it wasn’t extremely busy. Took forever to be served and get our food. Got charged twice which never happened to us before. The lady said they’ve voided the duplicated transaction but it turned out we still got charged twice and we have to dispute the transaction. Food and environment are okay, but the service was very disappointing.

We were seated quickly, given time to check out menu, and food was brought out in a timely manner. It was a very busy morning. One of us had eggs, toast, potatoes and gravy. I enjoyed a "mini Brent". All delicious!
ORDERED ONLINE AT THIS RESTAURANT FOR THE FIRST TIME, THEY DID NOT HAVE SOMETHING I ORDERED AND WHEN I WENT INSIDE, THE MANAGER STATED SHE WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND LATER ON THAT EVENING AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE REFUND AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND WHEN I CALLED BACK A WEEK LATER, I WAS TOLD THEY SENT A REFUND BACK AND IT TAKES AWHILE. STILL ON MY BANK STATEMENT SHOWS THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST. THE FOOD I GOT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! JUST WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK.

After seeing how highly touted this place was by the reviews, wow, we are extremely disappointed.I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches and the website said 20 minutes. 25 minutes later, I come inside to pick up my order and the sweet lady at the counter tells me it will be another 5 minutes. I’m confused by this because it is 4 pm and I am the only person in this restaurant while there are 4 cooks in the back. I mean, how long does it take to add some cheese and meat to a sandwich and grill it.To top all of this off, after waiting >40 minutes, I finally got my food. Upon leaving the restaurant and opening it up, I realized that the “chips” side was TORTILLA chips instead of potato chips. Not only that, the sandwich meat was extremely bland and the overall atmosphere and surface was uninviting.

The Nest is such a wonderful place to eat! I’ve been here for dinner and then just yesterday for brunch and both times the food and service was EXCEPTIONAL.Yesterday they accommodated 14 of us for a surprise Birthday Brunch and Kim specifically went above and beyond to ensure our mimosas were never empty, that she knew how the check would be split up, took photos of our group, and somehow she and the kitchen made sure all of our food came out within 5 minutes and that all of it was EXACTLY what we ordered and tasty. Best service I’ve ever had for a large group of people.
