Ordered 2 meals to go, didn’t check the bag like I guess we should’ve. Got on the road and realized they didn’t include one of the sandwiches we had ordered. Tried to call them to see about a credit for it and nobody picked up the phone even after letting it ring for over 2 min.

Well it’s a shame to say this but Jessica had the biggest adduited … and my bread was cold and I ask her nicely if she can change it and she said the veggies have to be cold ..so BAD SURVICE

My experience was terrible. Upon ordering, the attitude of the girl (Jessica, apparently her name) who served us was very, very unpleasant, arrogant, and very unkind. Later, we questioned this same person about the quality of the food. The bread was cold. We asked her for an answer, and she continued with the same attitude. It's a shame, really, considering how much I wanted to eat at this place. This happened on July 27, 2025, at 10:00 p.m.

We purchased 2 deluxe cheeseburgers. Mine was too pink to eat. Reminded me of the Jack in the Box ecoli outbreak. So I called but the phone was answered/hung up. I wanted to alert them of the potential danger of serving undercooked hamburger.

Walked in all alone and took 6 minutes to get anyone to the register. Still currently here. Ordered 2 beef and cheddars at 12:40. After waiting for cashier for 6 minutes. So arrived in location with no one in line and still waiting for 2 roast beef cheddars...it's 12:59 now lol I would be scared to order 2 meals and see how much that extends the wait time.

And displays excellent customer service skills. Is patient and goes above and beyond to make your ten minute experience the best it can be. Makes you appreciate good customer service skills.

This is the third time that I have gone to this arby's, ordered a number one classic sandwich meal, paid almost $16 and gotten a beef and cheddar which is disgusting and not what I ordered. I don't know what part of ordering by the numbers on the menu causes them to give you the wrong item
