So I bought a meal and she handed me my cup, I went to fill it up with ice and soda and there was no ice I asked if they could fill it up and the manager told me to go fill it up over on the Pilot side, I kinda looked at her and said no I’m not doing somebody’s else’s job and ask for a full refund and then she tried to just give me a refund for the drink, I said full refund!! I Wonder if they tell the drive-through customers to come in and fill their cups up, hmm???

I've been going to this location for several years now. Never had a problem. Great customer service. Great rest stop!
Can't comment on the food because they weren't willing to acknowledge us as customers. Stood at the counter for about 5 to 10 minutes, saw the employees walk by at least 15 times, didn't say a word. Had time to head over to chat with the gas station workers though. Also a bunch of sharpie drawings of the the Muppets having sexual conversations on the equipment behind the counter, pretty odd.

Lazy lazy lazy!!! I came back to let them know my fries are cold basically and they literally took them out and put them back under the light. Mind you I already had my hands in them. This girl was short with brown hair and a large tattoo on her left outer forearm. I then requested for fries with no salt in which case takes some time since you need to cook a fresh batch…. Well the girl with the pink hair comes back with the same hotness maybe a little hotter but not fresh and I ask is it with no salt and she nods. First bite full of salt. Listen ladies of Arby’s, if you hate your job you can go somewhere else. Fast food industry is trash with this type of employee disregard for health of the public and just sheer lack of respect for their customers.

Not great. It's Arby's. I had Wagyu burger. As a Japanese, how could I approve Arby's wagyu burger? Fries are not as good as Burger King.

This is a Pilot Truck stop...with Arby's, and other fast food options. It has a drive-up that is not easily seen from road or lot....Clean inside---well staffed----ordered one sandwich (Wagyu Burger) for take out...$8.19 total tax Incl.... wow. Good reception, not noisy, yet it' lunch time 11:41 AM.....Not busy...nice sit-down with tables and chairs... The burger appears smallish...covered by a pretzle bun....house sauce and vegies added. The burger is smaller than the bun...(disappointed)....but, it is well done and having traveled seven miles before opened, it was tasty...small paper bag with coated wrapper on burger. The bag is recyclable, the wrapper is not. The bag handed to me with a smile, but was then asked if I wanted sauces..not knowing what comes with.. declined. There is a standard (house sauce) kinda like Thousand Island...drippy....it does not come standard with a slice of onion, but does have a bit of lettuce, a bit of tomato, and a string or two of onion.....No mustard or Catsup. Suggest you discuss toppings at time of order. For the size, it is pricey. No napkins were put in the bag so perhaps they are at a self serve station in house.
