Nothing wrong with the staff but when a company doesn't support their staff and cuts hours in turn making their employees work triple jobs no one's going to be happy other than the corporation .

Burger King corporation you should do better and support your works more.

Every time I come inside the store, there’s always loud Women talking in Spanish very loudly. The older lady is always cussing and screaming in Spanish . They need new a new manager. This place is so bad. Food is always wrong and cold. I had to come back in 3 times for the store manager to fix it . It would look like if he was the manager he could put the right food in the bag. There is always kids talking about personal issues that I don’t want my kids to hear. I will never come back . They will never pick up the phone when you try to call . The dinner room floor was sticky . The garbage was overflowing.

Love Burger King but to drive across town when thay say there open to have them closed and then to go back later to miss breakfast menu by minutes is terrible I'll just skip this place from now on

11/04/24 ordered whopper with cheese, lg. Fries and unsweetened tea through the drive thru. What I received was a cold whopper with cheese, small fries, and a Coke. Didn't realize until I got back to work. Current staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. This is the 2nd time. Caught their mistakes the first time. Just figured that they were new. I would avoid this particular restaurant until they are better trained or decide to care about their customers.

Slowest drive thur every. Don't know why they have a drive thur. Sunday 230 in the afternoon. 35-minute wait for food. This place is a joke. Should have gone to McDonald's.

Very slow drive through. The guy taking orders didn’t give us time to order. We sat in line for 20 minutes just to pay. So service sucks.

Before I start, I just want to say the people I interacted with who worked there were great. They were very nice.

Unfortunately going through the drive-thru was not a speedy transaction. They could have been busy inside, I don’t know but I had two cars in line ahead of me. When I ordered i got a whopper meal NO CHEESE. Burger King, McDonalds and jack in the box have the worst tasting cheese in the world. When I was able to drive away with my food it was probably 17-25 minutes I would guess. I live in the next town over and I was probably 20 minutes away now and I go to take a bite of my burger and the thing has that nasty cheese on it. Didn’t take two bites out of the burger and tossed it. That visit was a waste of money for me but more importantly, it was a huge waste of time. I was bummed

Will not be purchasing anything from Burger King again. cannot believe my girlfriend got me a whopper and it cost me $9. Never again. You have lost me Burger King.

It's hit or miss, sometimes you get the correct order other times it makes you wonder if they read the screen or listen to the headset when given certain exclusions when it comes to condiments on burgers.

Sad how far this location has fallen for customer service. Until 2021, it used to be a pretty good place to grab a bite, and not take 20+ minutes to get the food. This location either needs better management, more workers, or both.
