I have had multiple bad experiences at this Burger King but today takes the cake! I waited for almost 20 minutes then I had to go into the building to retrieve it. I asked for a refund, they didn’t know what to do. The “manager” didn’t apologize, didn’t ask anything. Then told me to give the food back. My friends were also in line for over 20 minutes right behind me…ended up driving away, not getting their food or paying. The kids were not nice, didn’t greet you at the window.

Can’t even truthfully review the food because 9 times out of 10, I leave before they take my order like today! They do not prioritize drive through and so if busy you sit for 15mins with a line of 5+ cars honking.
I’m not personally mad at the staff there, they’re short staffed and doing what their processes tell them to do…
I’m disappointed with Burger King. Be a better employer… especially here in Arlington. We have limited ice cream options!

Always slow to answer drive thru. Two cars ahead of me, we all got the same message “ We are short staffed with several large orders, you are welcome to wait or drive thru.”
As we drove through two employees were sitting on the counter.
Way to send McDonald’s your business

Came in 6/25/25 later in the evening. service COMPLETELY SUCKED!!!! The guy was rude and made me wait 10 minutes before taking my order and they had two cars max in the drive through! they need to hire better people fries were cold too just seen him hitting his weed vape toon front of the store

I came through the drive-thru at about 4:15PM and very clearly overheard lady who works there talking about things such as OnlyFans, Porn, and other things that are definitely not for the work environment, I am very uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
