Terribly rude women . Employees should have basic politeness if they are working with customers all day long. Spoke with the manager and he was very nice and understanding.

Horrible Customer Service !
I went there for the first time and was asking the older woman that worked there a few questions and she wouldn’t even look at me . Finally I asked again if I can pay there or have to pay at the gas station register . And she said yes you can do either and considering the gas station line was super long and I was the only one with her I said yes can I pay here. She walked to the other side of where we were standing she says to me see there is a register here that mean I can check you out . I said well I didn’t see that I’ve never been here before . She seemed so annoyed that’s all she said and handed me my food. Like wow really sorry to want to buy something from you sorry for being such an inconvenience. I don’t get it if you don’t like people don’t work in a customer based job .

I’m a huge Cinnabon fan and this Cinnabon is not true to the Cinnabon recipe. The cinnamon roll texture is tough on the bottom, the cinnamon filling isn’t gooey and the frosting is a little less sweet. If you’re looking for true Cinnabon flavor, I would recommend going to the one in the Alderwood mall.

It's a Cinnabon, so it's gonna be good if you get a fresh one. Of course if you buy an old one it's going to taste old. You're also supposed to microwave them, if you microwave them they taste like they are fresh from the oven. Just went there at 7:30 and they had the fresh ones from 6:30 out, bought them, 30 seconds in the microwave and it's delicious like always. It's a decent truck stop. The Arby's here is also good. The workers are kind.

The date on the box was a week old and I didn't see that till I tried to eat that rock. I've never had a Cinnabon and that is the last experience I'll have with them. I will tell people they are nasty and the people that work there don't care about their product.

So, so, so DRY. I don't understand why the Cinnabon has no gooey filling? Does it save this location so much money that they don't care about repeat customers-just gotta get that sale to the truckers off the Cinnabon name? Cinnabons are supposed to be Gooey and moist. This was the driest Cinnamon roll I've ever had and it was "fresh". Maybe this location could follow the recipe better and not skimp cause I can't imagine any other excuse for this. Don't recommend, don't expect the regular delicious Cinnabon if you try this location.On a side note, the gal at the counter was very nice. Just unfortunate the product is so bad when it should be so good.

Customer service here is lacking, i hope the you g lady at the Cinnabon this morning has a better day. You may not like your job ma’am, however it’s a job and you need some serious customer service e training. When asking about a product you don’t to huff and puff and act like I am annoying you. Please with the restrooms but the personal customer service needs to step it up.
