Restaurant impossible please help! We came through the drive thru thinking it would be quick and boy we were wrong. The drive thru can only hold about one car before the other is in the street. This is a danger and problem that we witnessed first hand. There car behind us got yelled at by someone screaming, "Get out of the road assholes!" We went up, and the person helping us was super friendly, but told us we would need to wait due to milkshakes being super popular right at that moment.

They have really good burgers! We ordered 4 burgers, 1 hamburger, 2 burgers and the western burger, 2 French fries, an order of onion rings, several sauces and 2 drinks. We paid $55, which isn't all that expensive if you think about it, big burger and HUGE orders of French fries. I love onion rings and their's did not disappoint! All the burger toppings were super fresh. We had to wait a few extra minutes, it was noon on a Sunday, they were slammed and short staffed, but we didn't wait very long. The food is good and the employees are friendly.

Very unhygienic. Super gross. We had to order online which I understand but the wait was an hour long even though we were the only people there. I could smell the food burning from outside. But what we got was okay. Didn't make me sick. So. Wouldn't go again but if you're more patient than me you'd probably like it.

I would have given them 5 stars, but they changed the fries and the normally delicious chicken sandwich was 2 chicken strips, good, but not the same. I'm being easy on them because rumor has it, they are in the process of obtaining new management. The root beer shake was yummy and the gentlemen who took order and the other who brought the food were so kind and sweet. Hope they get to continue working here if rumors are true. Most importantly, please bring back the crispy battered fries, not a fan of the skinny crinkles. Btw I've been coming to this restaurant for at least 30 years so I hope it will be able to remain open.

This business does not know how to pick up a phone. Every time I seem to call during business hours their phones are either shut off or I am sent to voicemail. I’ve lived in the area for many years now and when I do go they are busy, but busy does not justify how poor their fast food service is. I gave 1 star for how good their food is but I don’t know if they even deserve that.
