I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I got the sandwich the chicken was beyond crispy. It looked like I had a piece of lump coal on my sandwich. I showed the server and she immediately apologized and ran off to have a new one made. When that one arrived I could see it was the exactly the same lump coal condition as the first one. I decided that I would just eat the onion rings. She did take the meal off the bill.

I am 13 years old and I went here The other day and it was so fun, we got the food quick and I orderd the Bourbon bacon burger with seasoned fries, it was really good and the service lady was really nice And food was on top! highly recommended.

Unfortunately just so inconsistent. Travis our server was incredibly kind but it was very apparent he was the only one actually working on a busy Saturday morning which is obviously going to cause issues. 4-5 other ladies all just standing by the barstools chatting with each other or on their phones. Another table of 6 got up and left because nobody had come to take their order in a very long time. Had to go up and ask for our food after watching it sit in the window. Ended up asking for to go boxes as soon as the food came and was told “Sorry it didn’t work out” by one of the ladies. Travis was very kind and working very hard but it’s a team effort. Just because a table may not be in your section, it doesn’t kill you to help out if you’re standing around.

We were there for Lunch on Nov 22nd at around 130pm and definitely regret it. Service was extremely poor from our server. She seemed busy talking with her co workers than the customer. When I asked for alternative options for beef on the nachos her response was what would you like on it. Like how is the customer suppose to know. The server should be giving us options not the customer. At the end there was a ton of cheese on it with a few vegetables. Really? This is not Dennys nachos from what i know. Our server had so much attitude. I've been in the restaurant industry for 11 years so, I know very well what customer service and food quality is.
Food was alright nothing special, Could've been cooked and prepared better instead of just tossing items on the plate. The server also forgot my daughter chocolate milk that she ordered with her kids meal. When mentioned about it our server, rolled her eyes and eventually we got it but, halfway though our meal.
This specific location definitely need some improvement in customer service and overall provide a positive experience for every customer.
Spending $60 for Lunch with no tip. Tips are provided as we all know for service and good food. With this kind of service to a customer it's definitely not worth a single penny.
What we got was definitely not worth it. Could've gone to subway and got better service and food. Seriously.

Instead of getting a server we had one of the cooks. We were the only people in the restaurant and they screwed up every single person's order. Food was terrible. I had a chicken club and it was dry and extremely overpriced. I fed half of it to my dog. Everyone else that was with me also was very unhappy with the food mainly because everybody's order was screwed up and when I say everybody I mean all five of us and we were literally the only table in the restaurant when we got there.

I don't know what I was expecting but it wasn't this, I went out just to get some hashbrowns on my birthday... literally got gas just for them.. ordered fruit because they require a certain amount for a pick up order and they're undercooked and a child size. It's been a while but compared to everywhere else, I would definitely not recommend.
