I ordered the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I got the sandwich the chicken was beyond crispy. It looked like I had a piece of lump coal on my sandwich. I showed the server and she immediately apologized and ran off to have a new one made. When that one arrived I could see it was the exactly the same lump coal condition as the first one. I decided that I would just eat the onion rings. She did take the meal off the bill.
I am 13 years old and I went here The other day and it was so fun, we got the food quick and I orderd the Bourbon bacon burger with seasoned fries, it was really good and the service lady was really nice And food was on top! highly recommended.
Unfortunately just so inconsistent. Travis our server was incredibly kind but it was very apparent he was the only one actually working on a busy Saturday morning which is obviously going to cause issues. 4-5 other ladies all just standing by the barstools chatting with each other or on their phones. Another table of 6 got up and left because nobody had come to take their order in a very long time. Had to go up and ask for our food after watching it sit in the window. Ended up...
