The posted prices are not correct. They raised their prices almost a year ago, according to the staff but haven't changed their signs. They charge extra without notifying you. They also charge service fees that aren't posted or mentioned. They won't refund the amount charged above the posted price despite asking when I purchased it or trying to get the owner to return my call. The service is also exceptionally slow.

I used to really love going here! But lately the wait has been disastrous long, busy or not. I haven’t had to drive away from a stand in years until waiting on one person to get one drink today… I’ve worked at a busy stand before, so I get rational amount of time waiting with all that could happen. But my goodness, all the time?

I asked for two blended lucky charms and I only got one. I asked about the other drink and I was met with hostility about how long it takes to make a blended drink and was extremely rude. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere that’s for sure 👎🏻

I've only been a customer of this place actually three times after today two of the times it was with a barista named Bella and she is one of the friendliest people I've ever met in my life .overall I had a great experience getting coffee here as I commute from Ballard to Oak Harbor every day it's a good stop halfway there to get me home with a couple shots of espresso and Bella makes it that much more enjoyable

Absolutely love them and all the girls there! I come almost every morning before I do anything and I wouldn’t trade them for the world, they make the best drinks and bring out the best smiles in everyone! Love them so much🥰❤️❤️
This stand has really gone down hill when the new owners took over. Recently stopped in multiple times while I was in town and the girls are not as friendly, they look like they just rolled out of bed, and they don't count your change back when paying in cash. They also expect a tip in return. For what? They literally did their job, not friendly, and you want me to tip? Although my drinks were good that I ordered, the lack of customer service was a disappointment.
