I come to this Jack in the box quite often, usually 3-4 times a week. The only thing I regularly order is 4 tacos with extra lettuce easy sauce, I’m not sure if it’s intentional but every single time I go there they don’t add extra lettuce to my tacos even though I’ve paid over 70 cents for the addition!! They also seem to just put the regular amount of sauce if not a little extra which my girlfriend is fairly picky about. I’ve complained about this on numerous occasions but there’s been no change. Do better!!

Ordered 4 tacos each was barely more than a shell. Only one had cheese in it. The tacos are definitely not what they used to be and not worth the dollar apiece that they’re charging you get more for your money from Taco Bell for sure the last three times that I’ve been to this Jack in the box had been horrible experiences with way overpriced food and not very good quality two thumbs down

Ordered tacos and a jack wrap, tacos came out as expected. Jack wrap came out with one bites worth of chicken? In a hurry so couldn't go back. Don't order the jack wrap.

Horrible! Outrageous price, 70 dollars for 4 meal? Never tell me when out of something but charge for it. Scammers. Told it will take 2 weeks for a refund when I refuse to eat the cold, wilted old food.

Terrible service: They say they close at 3am, and I went through the Drive Thru at 2:45am and they said they were closed. You end up wasting your trip, and it’s not even because you arrived late, but because they just don’t want to serve you

had a really disappointing experience here. After paying for our order, we politely asked to use the washroom. The staff member said “just a minute, I’m busy,” which we understood, so we waited — but after about 15 minutes, we reminded her again, and she suddenly got angry. She then said the washroom was for employees only, even though the sign outside clearly said it was for customers. She was rude and dismissive, and when we said we wanted to speak with the manager, she claimed she was the manager. We had already been waiting around 30 minutes by this point. Definitely not the kind of service I expected after paying for food.
