CRISP AND CHUNNY.TACOS SHELLS.
. The lettuce was mostly brown. NOT GOOD TACOS.

Paid $31 for 2 buttery smash jack combos. (I know I should’ve known better) The buns were hard the meat was luke warm, the fries were starchy and the pop was flat. Lesson learned. Would give 0 stars if I could.

First time on the west coast and wanted to try Jack in the box. Got breakfast and lunch to try a mix of both. While obviously not gourmet food, the food itself was great for the price, filling, tasty and more. Can't wait to come back
white male manager was ver rude On the phone call i just had try to tell him i had ordered Two munchies meal one Ultimate cheeseburger & a spicy crispy no tomato extra mayo but i didn’t get my correct sandwich or my 2 tacos in each box and like I said, I had ordered two but he just kept on trying to read, correct me on the phone I would like a follow up about the employee cause that no way to talk to someone & I would either like you guys to fix it or refund me back my money & everything i didn’t receive was very cold
