Honey walnut prawns were good. They candy the walnuts in house each morning, very good. It was my first time trying bibimbap and I would order it again. Service was good. Restaurant is inside front door after the 210 restaurant by players card signups.

The manager, Julia, could really use some training in customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered the clam dish and enjoyed it so much that I decided to order it again today. To my surprise, today’s portion was about half the size of what I was served last time. Thankfully, I had taken a photo of my meal two weeks ago, which made the difference obvious.

I showed the photo to my server, who acknowledged the issue and brought over a manager. Julia arrived and dismissively told me that the dish had been “weighed in the back.” When I questioned whether anyone in the kitchen might have sampled from it before serving, she responded with the kind of attitude that said, I’m right, you’re wrong. That is the opposite of good customer service, and it made me feel disrespected as a regular customer.

I’ve been coming here several times a month, given its proximity to my workplace, and I usually tip generously. But Julia’s approach has left such a negative impression that I’ll be taking a long break from this restaurant. If she continues to treat regulars this way, she won’t have to worry much about being busy, she’ll have plenty of time to “kick back and relax.”

The pho is pretty good. It definitely satisfies your late night noodle crave. The broth is on sweeter side. The lychee martinis are really good. And Mango cheesecake for dessert.

Jenn was pleasant to talk to and very attentive to our needs.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience at Jade Asian Fusion, but unfortunately, the food fell short across the board. Honestly, the best things I had were the Mr. Pibb and the plain white rice—and that’s saying a lot.

The salt and pepper chicken wings were particularly disappointing. They were dry, bland, and completely lacked the punch of flavor I was hoping for. There wasn’t even a trace of actual salt and pepper seasoning, and even the jalapeños that came with the dish were flat and flavorless.

I also asked about the hot and sour soup, as I typically prefer mine without mushrooms or tofu. At most places, this is a simple request since soups are often made to order. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The soup was clearly pre-made, watery, and lacking any of the bold, tangy, and spicy notes that make hot and sour soup a favorite of mine. It tasted more like a diluted broth than a traditional recipe.

The one bright spot in the evening was Shelby, our server. She was attentive, kind, and handled everything with professionalism and warmth. Even though the food didn’t deliver, her service truly stood out and made the visit more bearable.

I’m not usually one to write a negative review, but I left feeling let down. With a little more care in the kitchen and fresh preparation, this place has potential—but right now, it’s not living up to it

I ordered food to go on Mother's Day. The chicken chow mein was good but very disappointed with the sweet and sour chicken, there was very little of it and could hardly cut it, it was very tough. For the price it was horrible. Will NOT order it again. Hopefully the Casino will look into it. Thank you!

Food was absolutely terrible, bland food like hospital food. Waitress said there’s a new cook no wonder why the food was terrible. Don’t order the fried chicken wings or beef broccoli cook don’t know what they was doing. All the plates and setup was different from last time. Better off eating someplace else. Don’t recommend.

I don't typically leave reviews, but we had an exceptionally bad experience for a rather expensive dinner. We went to Jade Fusion with a group of seven. The service was abysmal. If we needed things we had to flag the server down. We had appetizers and instead of clearing the five different appetizer platers, they started bringing out dinner, but there wasn't enough room on the table. They continued bringing more dishes, three different times, never once offering to clear the dirty dishes. Even though they're clearly wasn't enough room on the table, we had to ask them to take the dishes away. We also asked them each time they were delivering food to please bring us some serving spoons. We had to ask them three different times while we sat looking at our food for 15 minutes unable to serve ourselves. Not a great experience for $500.

The food is often good, but the quality has been pretty inconsistent. Had to send back some chicken on a salad I ordered due to it being undercooked, but it ended up being a very good salad! Pleasant waitstaff :)

Pina coloda was lukewarm and the food was horrible. Definitely thought I was gonna have to take off of work the next day cause the food was horrible. I felt extremely sick afterwards.

This is my favourite restaurant at the casino. The service is superb, the food delicious and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. You don't get the casino noise inside the restaurant. We ordered an appy and I got the sweet and sour chicken. Perfect level of sweet and sour and I love that the rice comes on the side so I can take as little or as much as I want.
