I hate the card room, but love the atmosphere out back (hence, 4 stars).Food is what you would expect. Staff is hit-and-miss, but can be snooty and have attitudes towards other women (not towards me, personally, but I've witnessed it first-hand displayed towards others more than a few times).It reminds me of a place that can't make up its mind if it wants to be a sports club, casino, or night club - so ends up as a lack-luster version of each one.My friends are glad they have karaoke, although I haven'tbeen there yet for it (would be okay with just a DJ and dancing). All-in-all, it's the only decent place within a few miles of Arlington (that isn't the actual casino, of course!).
Went in to play cards, owner was there working with the table, we laughed, we cried, i lost my money and went home. Good time, will be back

I ordered the build a burger. The mushroom and Swiss had good flavor and was juicy. The fries were average but good. It was billed a sports bar on some review I read to me it would seem that I needed to be. I am a couple more TVs easier to be seen. The staff was marvelous, friendly and timely. I would definitely return.

Today was my day off, I went to downtown Arlington and stopped at 3 different establishments and none of them were serving lunch with alcohol. I decided to give Jamestown Saloon a stop (I thought it was a private club for the longest time because the parking lot was ALWAYS full) I’m glad I did. The owner, James, shook my hand after telling him it was my first time in and gave me a shot on the house. Todays special was tacos and burritos I ordered the dry beef burrito with everything on it and I was not disappointed. If you’re in the area or driving by come in and give James a warm hello. They do have pull tabs, a golf arcade game, and poker in back if that’s your poison.
